5.2 Talent Score Accuracy
Your Talent Score is calculated based on your assessment performance, skills data, and our proprietary algorithms. While we strive for accuracy:
- The Talent Score is an estimate and not a guarantee of your abilities
- Scores may vary based on assessment conditions and algorithm updates
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or job placements based on your score
5.3 Retaking Assessments
You may retake certain assessments subject to our retake policies and waiting periods. Excessive retakes or suspicious patterns may result in account review or restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of TalentsTrack, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, and software
